The Association has worked closely with The Property Ombudsman to form a new Code of Practice to create a set of guidelines that will raise standards in the industry.
While membership of the Association is voluntary, all members must have signed up to The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice so consumers can expect a fair and transparent service when selling their home to a member agent.
The National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB) helps property sellers decide whether selling to a professional cash house buyer is the right option for their circumstances. They give information and advice regarding the sale and also talk about benefits and potential disadvantages.
NAPB membership is voluntary and only open to companies that buy property directly themselves. This ensures that property owners and sellers are a hundred percent sure about who they are selling to.
