We buy property in any location in mainland England and Wales, we also purchase property in any condition.
Upon receiving information regarding your property we will return an offer in principal to purchase the property, we will provide this offer within 24 hours excluding Weekends, Bank holidays and Public holidays.
There is no cost to you to receive an offer and there is no obligation for you to accept the offer of purchase relating to the property.
We can complete in a property purchase within 14 Days of you accepting our offer but the purchase time period can be longer then 14 Days.
The offer you receive in principle is an estimate on how much we are prepared to pay to purchase your property
If the offer you receive in principle is of interest we will then arrange an appraisal and assessment of your property, this may include an external valuation. Any external valuation report we receive is used for the purposes of making our offer to you.
There are no chains related to the purchase we guarantee to provide a cash offer.
Any offers we do make to you to purchase your property will be below current market value.
We will also make further enquiries and carry out research into the local market and of each property in order to make our offer to you.
There are no fees associated with our service and we cover all costs including all legal fees associated with the purchase.
